The Purple Onion
In 2019 Sabrina Simōn had the opportunity to visually rebrand one of her hometown sweet spots, The Purple Onion, Deli and Grill. She approached me with a request for a series of graphic art influenced botanical watercolors for use on printed materials, and as original art for the restaurant.
The Before
The restaurant’s original menu art files were nowhere to be found, and the menus by this point were photocopies of a photocopy of a photocopy.
